In any case, the recent jurisprudence should give new impetus to the negotiation of new conditions or repayment without prepayment penalties. Incidentally, the Saarland Regional Court has already indicated that it intends to follow the CJEU. Just google and read various contributions on the matter.

Our contracts will expire in 2 years (entsprechender Passus ist im Widerruf enthalten), so I called our bank directly today. They were "not amused." If I want to take this route, I have to do it through the legal department and I will then receive a corresponding note. This means concretely for us that our bank would no longer want to do business with us. I should consider this carefully.

The reaction is understandable. But it also shows that the bank knows what could be coming its way.

For 2 years, it is not worth it.

Well, I calculated the savings if you were to get a new loan, let's say at 0.8%, we would have saved €6000...
To have or not to have...

Honestly, such a response doesn't really surprise me. Banks apparently like to play hardball first, even if they should be aware of the consequences. As for the note, I wouldn't place too much value on it. There are still plenty of other banks.
