No, everyone who works at a bank is seen by society as the greedy investment banker who brings home millions. People forget that most of those are ordinary employees earning a few euros more than office clerks. I also earned my income only through further education.

I could also imagine that the bank concerned will give in before the judgment in order to avoid getting a judgment. And the [EuGH] is sometimes strange. Let's wait and see.

I will directly ask my bank on Monday what they think about it. A friend who works hard in the mortgage financing department is also following up. I would assume that the interest is "lost," but the advantage the bank gained from it (since they work with the money) has to be paid back, or the interest paid, because it is easier for the bank. Solmecke is by the way not a small fish in the legal sector. He doesn’t need the advertising through YT at all. He does it because he enjoys it. He also mostly handles larger clients.

You can see that the majority of people are ordinary employees from people like you.

The clause is also not included with us (concluded at the beginning of 2017) Nothing of the kind is written down in the KFW loan either.. Too bad

Did you even find a cancellation policy in your KFW contract? I somehow didn't find one in mine...
