Yes! Every consumer thinks of a cancellation policy as "14 days from signature." No one reads and understands everything. That's just how it is. It's not a problem either, because it's usually more than 14 days. Never less.

But that's exactly what it's about! A more negative interpretation of the cancellation period by the customer. Because it is formulated unclearly.

I can say from the perspective of the my bank that all requests are rejected (it concerns billions of € in loans). If the customer wants something, he should sue. ECJ ruling against BGH ruling ==> that still has to be litigated in Germany as well.
