With increasing tendency, the alleged "dream house" turns into an actual nightmare. Many prospective builders, despite all warnings, e.g. here in the forum, nevertheless allow themselves to be tempted into partly rather ill-considered actions because of low prices or plot occupancy. Many do not even know the legal difference between a developer and a general contractor/general contractor with subcontractors. After this post was made yesterday, it had disappeared into thin air again today. Therefore, once again, a warning for everyone.
We wanted to build a single-family house in 2012 with Allegro-Haus as the developer.
There is a system behind this!..... But what can you do, plots in the Dresden area are scarce and we were happy to have found something with Allegro-Haus.
That's true, however, the costs for a sales-independent advisor are usually saved!.....It is repeatedly pointed out to look at the construction service description carefully and, if necessary, consult an advisor. Because what is not included will not be built!!!
The absolutely right decision! Certainly, the disappointment is great, but it prevents lasting financial disadvantages. It is an old insight: What initially seems so advantageous turns out to be a flop in retrospect! You ultimately got off fairly lightly and probably just barely escaped a bigger disaster!.....We were stunned, you can't buy a pig in a poke!!! Half a year of planning and looking forward to a home were gone. Since the trust relationship with the developer was already broken, we finally gave up and demanded our reservation fee back.
Best regards
