We have planned a concrete ceiling on the upper floor because we can save the ring beam and a few other things. Also, the insulation, which is to be done as DIY, is easier. Due to the concrete ceiling, no vapor barrier is needed either. So directly insulation on the concrete and then chipboard on top. OSB boards are, as you already said, not recommended because their SD value is even higher than that of chipboard. Now I have read your answer and wanted to ask if tongue and groove boards make any sense in my case at all? Probably not since I have to lay them floating. I would still appreciate a brief answer.

Hello... since I work in this field, I can only advise the following....

The be-all and end-all are always the construction service description and the company's contract.
Always have an expert review and assess it...
Many do this for free out of self-interest or curiosity....

Whether with or without [Grundstück],
whether with or without [Finanzierung],
whether with or without [Musterhaus],
whether with or without Google negative or positive press.... completely irrelevant...
You never know what is really going on...
insist on at least 2-3 visits to real customers of the developer....
That's when you immediately get the idea.... real customers, real houses (no website advertising etc..)
That makes the difference...
Good developers, especially medium-sized ones who don't work on an assembly line, recommend it immediately..... and rightly so....

I know builders who saved over 50T and got the same or even better quality with smaller developers....

Best regards

This is a kind of Murphy's law in forums:
As soon as someone makes a statement like this

- suddenly!, a post from the genre

comes around the corner.

As if I had bet on it
