No, we are still planning with Allegro, just not at Am Leutewitzer Park! Surely you know the sales manager and have paid a not insignificant amount for the reservation of the plot. What is your opinion? I find him, to put it bluntly, somewhat shady. He talks a lot about what can be changed and done, but when it comes to concrete matters, his answers are rather casual. One can be mistaken, but we don't really feel secure. What can you do, plots are very rare in the western part of Dresden, or you would have to wait until something becomes available again. So we decided on Allegro.

The issue with the plots in the west of Dresden is unfortunately just as you describe it. And regarding the sales manager, he is just a typical salesperson for whom nothing is a problem, and the technical detailed solution only plays a minor role. Somehow we are still considering and have not signed anything yet. What do you mean by a city villa in the 2nd row on Gompitzer Street? If you mean the area where the former tire service was, another developer is building there and not Allegro-Haus. Allegro is building 3 city villas on Lise Meitner Street.

Do you mean in the backyard of the gray multi-family house that is currently being renovated? A townhouse is supposed to be built there? The plot seems a bit small to me. Right behind that, 15 single-family houses are supposed to be built in two rows separated by a dead-end street. At Leutewitzer Park, there were still two plots available, but from our point of view, they were somewhat unfavorably located, so we refrained from them, especially since the development hadn't progressed.
