The OGD is sufficient. On the room side, a vapor barrier!

...Can a cold floor actually be used as a storage room?

Yes, simply board above the insulation of the OGD. Under no circumstances lay old linoleum or similar on it; it must be diffusion-open towards the attic!

Thank you for the hint. How exactly does a vapor barrier work and how is it technically implemented?
Can you cover the ceiling with polystyrene panels over it, or should you opt for other more breathable cladding?

There are currently, as far as I know, two construction sites. One at [Am Leutewitzer Park] and secondly a construction section between [Lise Meitner Straße] and [Gompitzer Straße]. However, the activities at [Am Leutewitzer Park] seem to have somewhat stalled.

As far as I know, the advertising board has been standing for quite some time, I would say at least 3-4 years. We were also interested in this location back then, but then dropped it after getting in touch with Allegro-Haus. The best thing is to get in touch with Allegro themselves.
