I also don't see a problem with the light, that's easy.
Which sensor triggers the heating? Contact sensor at the shower inlet? Which one?
The windows in the room can only be opened motorized. If a guest uses the toilet and feels the need to ventilate, they have to be able to trigger this somehow. Haven't found a sniff piece for the drain yet :P
I implemented it using a 1Wire sensor for humidity. Directly above the shower and therefore responds very quickly. I also had the idea of the contact sensor.. but it's hard to get to again if it ever breaks.
You can normally open the windows here. Guests do that sometimes too. But it’s not a problem. We ourselves keep the windows closed, of course, because we know the air gets fresh again quite quickly.
