Since 1990 I have been using Apple - I didn't understand PCs that well back then. Of course, these devices nowadays also have "worms" as you so nicely call them, Yvonne. Also pay attention to the apps and user profiles in web portals that use integrated functions. Example: Cookies with location information are stored not only on the device but also in user profiles. It is now possible, for example, to measure who, after clicking on an online ad or website, has visited a store within a certain period of time. The data is usually anonymized - but to do this, you first need clear data.

It is no coincidence that smartphones in the corporate environment are either completely encrypted models from rather unknown manufacturers or from Apple.

I have had numerous discussions about Alexa and Co. both privately for my house and for our customers. They always ended with them not coming into my or the customers' homes. I am not particularly paranoid when it comes to managing data, but using these devices is almost negligent.

In the KNX environment, there are now serious offline voice control systems that really work well.

I'll even name two for you, darling: realKNX and Synohr. But you must be right, I certainly have no idea about KNX. Anyone who uses a lot of exclamation marks is always right anyway, sorry. Oh dear

My goodness. Are you sleeping badly? Too little oxygen in the morning? Did Alexa order the wrong medication again? Does no one talk to you besides Alexa? I never said they are as good as Alexa and Co., whose voice recognition is undoubtedly top-notch. You pay for that with various data collection urges, and there are indeed "serious" alternatives; no one said anything about them being equivalent. I don’t like Synohr either, especially since it’s really ugly. realKNX has more potential. When exactly did you have that with you? But what am I even saying, you seem to have invented these devices. I am now pale with awe, because I have no idea, especially not about KNX.

On the internet, everyone still makes a fool of themselves. Have a nice weekend, Herzje
