Advice on the layout of a city villa

what advice and suggestions can you give me regarding this floor plan for a city villa. Orientation: Terrace is on the west. Street side is east. To the south and north there is a strip of land about 3m wide up to the boundary on each side.

Well, if you like it that way, it's okay. Otherwise, I would not recommend any detailed improvements, but rather – for example, with an entrance on the side or at an angle – start again from scratch.

So the floor plans are like all those from the catalogs of countless home builders. Certainly no architect planned that. And if yes, then a cheap architect who once had such a plan in the drawer. Now to the floor plan. As I said, I don’t find it great... but I could imagine living in it myself. You can still particularly highlight the beauty with the facade design using smarter ideas. What I definitely wouldn’t do is the staircase as planned there. I would go up directly after the front door and not first walk to the kitchen door. Regards Ingo
