I cannot see any "luxury" in making only the guest bathroom (with a child-width shower) available to the child. To me, that sounds like the masterstroke of a Sagrotan fairy who is horrified by such dirty little creatures. Or is it a visiting child from the first marriage with the hated ex? – then one can also forgo visitation rights.
If you read the shown floor plans as "proof" that the imagined idea works perfectly, then you still have much to learn (and you definitely should – without these drawings! – go to an independent architect). A house builder’s draftsman will coldly present you presentations and detailed drawings that further nurture the "works perfectly" illusion. Waking you up from this dream while it is still reasonably possible to stop it is certainly no malice.
By calling the marketing concept "Anstattvilla" by its real name, I do not mean to belittle those who buy into it but rather to "accuse" the sellers of this illusion. As long as it does not happen in my neighborhood, everyone may even explicitly choose the taste "Tuscany Bauhaus alpine in Swedish red."
As I said, the floor plan was neither up for discussion nor evaluation here. There is no need for a dogmatic hero to wake someone up from the idea. It was about clarifying the bay windows. Besides: the term "Anstattvilla" is a subjective judgment, in this context a negative one. Of course, one can convince oneself of this, but with the references from the Insta link, I wouldn’t stick my neck out too far either.
But again: the floor plan was neither up for discussion nor evaluation here, so shall we just leave it at that?
