Well, someone had said that 650m2 or 800m2 is hardly a difference. Once the house, garage, etc. are all built, you hardly have any "garden" left in the back. And then the difference is actually significant. If you still have 300m2 in one, you might not even be able to set up a pool in the summer in the smaller one ...

Well, the house is 130 m². On the right and left sides you still have some space because you don't build on the boundary, then you have the garage, and in front you still have lawn or something. So you quickly get to 500 m². Then there isn’t much left for terrace and garden, etc...

A garage ranges depending on the design from about 15 m² (3x5m, so small) to 54 m² (6x9, so very large). Then there are about 15 to 30 m² of driveway/parking space.
