Why should I have burned bridges? That is the usual way of dealing here. I wanted opinions and criticism about the floor plan and not about the financing. There is a separate section in this forum for financing. And maybe for the last time. The 550k is a wish and not a maximum of what would be financially possible, although I certainly would not be willing to invest 750k.550k limit, which is currently probably completely unrealistic regardless of the equipment, with 35k EL... but money doesn't matter? So, not very credible all in all. And with that sentence, the OP has probably already burned bridges in this forum...
