We know neither the level of equipment nor the scope of work, but the time alone should mean a double-digit percentage increase compared to today.

Nine months ago, construction costs were a different world! Besides, you don’t know what equipment and scope your neighbor had included overall. For example, we are also paying 'only' 500k to our construction company. We are commissioning the electrical work ourselves, as well as air conditioning, bathrooms, tiles, photovoltaics, garage. All of that is additional and not at all cheap! You get the point?

I have been active here for years, have received many helpful tips for my own construction project, and am above all here to give something back, because such a forum lives from mutual exchange and mutual help.

9 months are currently a world in house construction. At the moment, a few prices on the market are calming down, my roofer says for example that wood prices are still increased by about 2.5 times compared to last year. Therefore, a realistic price estimate is necessary.
