It can be that simple to create a beautiful design. But with the square meters, it is also easier.
Then I’ll start the high-level complaining:
The house is okay, the plot is not. If I see it correctly, the house is rotated towards SE. Have you ever thought (possibly) just to rotate the house 90° towards SW? Ridge direction possible? Garage then on the wrong side.
Ground floor:
Swap the door hinge direction of the airlock and guest WC. In the airlock, when opened, it covers the parking space. In the guest WC, you have to walk around it.
Kitchen has too much glass and therefore too little workspace.
Hallway has too little storage space.
Upper floor:
Children’s rooms are the same size.
Parapet/railing between gallery and stairs.
Bedroom with 13 sqm is sufficient. But why is the dressing room open to the gallery? Then just make a MBR (Master Bed Room) and include the corridor, and move the bedroom door to the corridor. Unfortunately, there is currently too little space for that because the opened door either covers the entrance to the bedroom or the bathroom.
Access to the toilet in the bathroom is difficult. It’s best to completely redesign the bathroom. With 17 sqm, something else should be possible.
In general, I find this open style exaggerated for the house size, it needs at least 250 to 300 sqm. So in the kitchen and hallway, the fully glazed entrance door is great, but it leaves no space for storage.
And even if the plan is that well done, it still tolerates changes. ;-)
Even if here it’s only small things and a matter of personal taste.
