You wanted to have a plot in Eching, right?! The contribution statute there says that 90% must be covered by the home builders. You can’t just “decide otherwise” quickly. Apart from that, if in your area 100% is to be charged, that will be one of the exceptions. And then the development won’t come from the city, and it would be stupid for them, with high demand and an excellent leasehold offer, to take on even more costs. Addition: If you read your local paper sometimes, you would know that the development is carried out by a third party, who can therefore charge the costs 100% to you. But it has the advantage that the development overall is €800,000 cheaper. With the few plots, you would have rather cried over more than €200 or so development contributions here, of which the municipality would have covered 10%...

Municipalities are not a welfare organization. What is spent in one place - for example, to lease/buy discounted building plots or to cover development costs - must be earned or saved elsewhere. Then kindergartens are simply more expensive or the multiplier for property tax. I do not believe there is much to gain in the long term if the statute is changed there.

That’s what the free initial consultation is for. So what about §129 Baugesetzbuch paragraph 3? "3The municipalities bear at least 10 percent of the chargeable development costs." No, they really don’t. But what bothers me is the hypocrisy that one acts especially social, it may seem so at first glance, but not upon a second, closer look. Yeah yeah.... whining, I’m just complaining, ungrateful, whining etc. sure. :( But well... in July the results of the applications will be announced. Then the topic can be put on the agenda or not. Until then. Thanks for the feedback.

Really? And then the personally befriended municipal councilor is, of course, also friends with the expensive local entrepreneur, who also pays his business taxes there... that's totally short-sighted, just flying in the Saxon or the poor worker from the Ruhr area...

Just read my posts completely. There are exceptions. Read your newspapers. It says that the municipality is making use of the exception. I find that within 30 seconds and I live 500 km away. And you on site are not informed? Really unbelievable ;-) The municipality is not covering the development costs for you!!!

Perhaps a little input to your complaining: In our construction area, a building plot with leasehold rights is currently being auctioned to the highest bidder with the following conditions: - Minimum bid for the interest 20€/year per sqm - 50 years term THAT! I find crazy... And we are after all almost 50 km from Munich compared to you. So I’m not surprised if people are lining up at your place with those conditions. 1.5% leasehold interest and additionally a 40% discount on the official land value is really a good offer! So apply and hope it works out!
