Wood-aluminum windows without blue stain protection

We had an offer from Gaulhofer, these windows convinced us in terms of quality. Our window fitter, a fan of wood and wood-aluminum windows, explained the issue of blue stain protection clearly. In the end, we decided against this combination. We have a lot of wood on the outside and inside and did not want to add another type/color/structure of wood to the whole. So I have no experience to share with you.
