Please excuse me. The data for the house would be: approx. 165 sqm, 2 full floors and a basement, air-water heat pump with underfloor heating on the ground floor and ceiling heating (climate ceiling) on the upper floor. Gable roof with a low pitch (approx. 20 degrees), ventilation system is not planned.
ypg: You are right. I took the arguments against the plastic roller shutters from a manufacturer's website, who probably wants to make the more expensive products look better.
The 2 m wide windows facing south are because on the ground floor we might possibly have 2 large terrace doors with a width of 2 m each, and then it looks more harmonious for the upper floor.
Attached is the rough draft so far. The interior color of the windows should be white. However, the software I used to create the plan does not allow that.
11ant: Sliding elements are not planned. True, tilt instead of tilt-and-turn would be an option if you would hardly ever use the tilt function anyway. I have not yet thought about the higher RC class. Which RC class would that be then? On the ground floor there would be venetian blinds, so practically no additional burglary protection.
I have never heard of coextrusion. How is it priced compared to foil covering or plastic windows with aluminum cladding? Would you rather tend to aluminum cladding?
