Please excuse me. The data for the house would be: approx. 165 sqm, 2 full floors and a basement, air-water heat pump with underfloor heating on the ground floor and ceiling heating (climate ceiling) on the upper floor. Gable roof with a low pitch (approx. 20 degrees), ventilation system is not planned.

ypg: You are right. I took the arguments against the plastic roller shutters from a manufacturer's website, who probably wants to make the more expensive products look better.

The 2 m wide windows facing south are because on the ground floor we might possibly have 2 large terrace doors with a width of 2 m each, and then it looks more harmonious for the upper floor.

Attached is the rough draft so far. The interior color of the windows should be white. However, the software I used to create the plan does not allow that.

11ant: Sliding elements are not planned. True, tilt instead of tilt-and-turn would be an option if you would hardly ever use the tilt function anyway. I have not yet thought about the higher RC class. Which RC class would that be then? On the ground floor there would be venetian blinds, so practically no additional burglary protection.
I have never heard of coextrusion. How is it priced compared to foil covering or plastic windows with aluminum cladding? Would you rather tend to aluminum cladding?

... is an ideal basis for botched jobs when a draftsman of the general contractor copies your own planning and rounds the measurements only to the nearest half centimeter. You should only use tilt-and-turn for windows with sills, and not at all for patio doors. Venetian blinds do not replace roller shutters; linking both with "instead of" is popular but nonsense. You can find out the recommended resistance class from the criminal police advisory office; I do not know your jurisdiction. Even gilded rubbish remains rubbish; claddings are marketing victims' favorites – as a reputable manufacturer (or later dealer), I have always kept my distance. Coextrusion means extruding the surface in one operation. Since only fools shorten from sums, prices in apples vs. oranges comparisons have never interested me. Quality costs but is worth it, and there is no half quality. Whoever buys cheap, buys twice. My advisees save at the wrong end only when they are resistant to advice. If you like PVC as a window material, it is correspondingly "consistent" regarding foil, if you want to put it positively at all. As said, you can save, for example, on the fittings (in the right place by omitting them on elements with large lever effects on multiple joints – then they also last longer). And by not supplying universal window doors all around with a watering can, but choosing dedicated patio exits (with low thresholds) and others (without floor-to-ceiling disease) windows that do not all have to be openable on the ground floor.

Can tell you how it will be with us. We are getting a terrace door with the dimensions 1885 width and 2188 height. Double-leaf symmetrical. Originally 2m was planned, but they reduced it because of furniture arrangements and the width of the planned whirlpool on the terrace. We are building a compact bungalow and need to save square meters. However, we do not place great value on our terrace passage.

In addition, we have 3 fixed glazed windows in the living room. We do not want to open these, and fixed glazing looks nicer to us because of the narrower frame and more glass surface. I do not see the problem with the roller shutter plaster as critical. And we decided on plastic windows with aluminum cladding because the extra cost was reasonable compared to foil coating. I heard foil coatings are supposed to be better nowadays, but everyone advised us against it.

We do not want venetian blinds; we have aluminum roller blinds everywhere. Plastic was not an option, but we would not have wanted that either.
