Of course not with the property - that should be obvious...

And why undefined? All costs are included... except for the property and its incidental costs, which an architect normally has nothing to do with.

Well, that is quite a bit of EL.. I currently have difficulty handling or assessing that. It has always been said so far that one can expect a maximum of €25,000. But first, the decision is still pending as to who will take the first steps or ultimately who will be contracted to build.

Can you tell me how much of the 250 sqm living area is in the basement and how much is on the ground floor and upper floor?
