All of that was done by a civil engineering/paving company for us,
construction road up to 40t, paving now loadable up to 10t,
the company always has their books full for a year,
for water and telecom (order, order processing, coordinator, foreman of the installation team TEL no., and we called them, if you come now, then without an excavator, that’s how it worked)

Well, that can work, but it doesn't have to. For us, they only opened once, and everyone misplaced their media. With an acquaintance, they chased Telekom for weeks, and after the trench was finally closed again, Telekom came to lay the cables.

Well, I concluded a notarized purchase contract with the right of way for pipes and cables at the beginning of March. There is nothing about inspections included. But it does say that in the case of any necessary work by the owner of the dominant property, they must restore the previous condition afterwards. Of course, it makes sense to work with inspection shafts in order to keep these restoration efforts as low as possible. In a first consultation with the BWB, I was only asked whether there is a right of way for pipes and cables and nothing was said about necessary inspection shafts. But we’ll see, that may still come. May I ask in which district you are building?

Hey Nida, I would send you a private message, but this is unfortunately not possible. Which company did you have that made the construction road for you? We are currently looking for a suitable civil engineer or offers. Thanks in advance and best regards
