Hello everyone,

this thread is meant to be a bit more positive .

I'll start, so I would always do the following:

- Brick facade (but only one with through-color)
- Brick
- 2-story
- Controlled residential ventilation
- Smart home
- at least 2.60m clear ceiling height
- large windows
- open concept

How about you?

My wife and children. Everything else is ultimately dispensable, as long as there is protection from the weather, sufficient food, and a peaceful social environment.

What I would like to continue enjoying and see as a gift:

[*]a view that one never tires of
    [*]privacy both indoors and outdoors
[*]a harmony between "indoors" and "outdoors" and that both merge on days when the temperatures are compatible
[*]a good indoor climate (which I attribute to natural building materials like wood and clay)
    [*]a pleasant room acoustics
[*]a life with art and aesthetics
[*]a dwelling that fits the budget so that one does not have to constantly think about money (prefer less dwelling to falling asleep and waking up with worries)

Of course, but that's not what I'm concerned about.

This thread is only meant to serve as inspiration for users who will be building or who still have things pending and don't know what
