I just took a look at the page and our invoice.

The roofing in our size would cost 4400€ there.
We paid 8700 including assembly (without foundations).
The remaining costs up to the mentioned 15K€ were then mainly the awnings and the rest foundation and building permit.

I like it!

Can you tell me how much they charge for the assembly?

I have inquired myself, but just for comparison!

10000 is about right including assembly and safety glass. I am puzzled by 2 meters depth?... what is the use of that? I would rather take 4, so one meter more than the 3 meter standard. Regarding the glass: it also has to be cleaned. The 10mm hollow chamber profiles are also very good.

Also

Our neighbor also cleans his hollow chamber profiles on the carport several times a year. Nevertheless, the plastic is more affected by sun, rain, and weather than glass, and after 5 years, that’s how the carport roof looks. With glass, you hardly hear when it rains on it. Therefore, I would always tend to choose glass.

2 meters are definitely too little (except maybe on the east side). The first meter is always wet in our case when it rains. With strong winds, it even rains up to 4 meters, reaching the patio door.

That is why we also chose 4m. 3m was a bit too tight for us if you want to sit at a table under the shelter with friends/family. 2m also doesn't make sense to me when it comes to a terrace "shelter".

...I got banned yesterday because of advertising...just for your information The post is still there exactly as it was, as far as I can see?! Does that make sense? Maybe someone could comment on what exactly you are allowed to write about manufacturers/providers? I was just satisfied and recommended them. If that is unwanted advertising, okay. But often certain bricks etc. are also asked about in the picture thread and brands are mentioned...is that something different? I would just like to know for the future.

I asked about installation by email and received a quote of €2,800, but I don't know if that was net or gross, I didn't follow up because we're doing it ourselves.
