What is the cost of the glass terrace roof?

We have a terrace roof made of aluminum with laminated safety glass [VSG Glas] in 4m x 3m.....including an electric under-roof awning and assembly for 5300.-€

Oh yes, LED lighting is also included.

Our awning (built last year) is 6x4m with an electric under-roof awning and a vertical awning 4m long. The total cost was around 15K€ including installation, foundation, and building permit.

Probably not very helpful, as it is difficult to compare:

Elevated veranda (approx. 1.20m above GOK) measuring 7x5m including "roof structure": 4,500 gross
Glazing including installation for it: 4,900 gross

I have excluded the railing, stairs, and decking.

We have 5x4. The vertical awning is 5 m wide. Under-roof awning - both from Weinor, LED spots and infrared heater, aluminum frame and VGS glass 8mm, including concrete foundations and installation for 15,000€. We have a free-standing canopy. The company Holda Bau was responsible for us. It has been there since last year. So far we are very satisfied.

It is similar for us: Aluminum construction measuring 6.5m x 4m with Weinor under-glass awning and three vertical awnings (2x 3m for the front and 1x 4m for the west side)

Additionally, LED spotlights in the rafters, which can be switched in 2 groups. Everything controllable via our smart home Somfy control system.

Including building application, foundation, and installation just under 20k€..... It's a lot of money, but I hope it pays off over the years!
