The standard land value is still around 20 EUR/sqm. However, there is also a small new development area here, where the municipality is selling well below that. The residential area is slowly filling up. Existing properties go well... old farms... etc. But all for little money.

The municipality must be taking a loss. Alone the development costs more than 20 EUR/sqm.

In 2013, we had 525m² at 80€/m² plus a one-time payment of 5000€ for the connections up to the property. In total, about 90€/m².

Last year, a new development area was marketed in the town at 220-250€/m².

Travel time 5-10 minutes to the edge of town and 20-25 minutes to downtown Dresden.

District Leipzig, 567 sqm, 147,500 euros plus the usual additional costs, developed, no realtor, no developer, paid in Dec. 2019.
