What did you pay for your property?

I have to say I have absolutely no idea what the property costs/ is worth here with us. We bought from the municipality after Boris at the beginning of 2017, back then for 150€/sqm. Since then, Boris has not been updated in the system and there are no properties within a 10km radius to use as a reference.

It is similar in our village. There are a few free plots that do not appear on the market and 2-3 tied to prefabricated house providers. Anyone who wants something needs contacts. The BORIS prices are currently not a good guide.

I have not dealt with financing beyond an opportunity consideration for a long time. It doesn’t seem very smart to me and therefore surprises me.

197,500 euros for 1317 square meters of building land. de facto today 2 building plots. one was built with a best cellar which we used and one is still free. direct forest location with a distant view (watching the sunset at 10 p.m. is really nice ;) 10 minutes by car to the A3 in a good location in the Rhine-Main area

Last month in the suburban area of Regensburg (about 10 km south) in the new development area, paid 200€/sqm for a little over 500sqm, fully developed. (105,000€) Neighboring town new development area --> price 350€/sqm, so we think we did everything right. ;-)
