Rand-Spreewald (Brandenburg), fully developed plot, purchased by the municipality. 1141 sqm at €35/sqm... I am very satisfied, I really find it crazy how big the differences are in the individual regions!

Great; thank you for making your contribution so comprehensive. As soon as all costs are known on our side, I will take your contribution as a model and complete my information.

We certainly should not be taken as a benchmark. We just got lucky that this older newly developed area was not heavily marketed by the municipality. It’s not exactly a "prime spot" now, but this price was like hitting the lottery for us. Currently, prices around here are about 150-250€ per m2, and we wouldn’t have been able to build for that price. My mother-in-law even said that her friend asked, "Would they sell the plot back to their daughter for 80,000€?" Thanks, no.
