What can one expect from "turnkey"?

I know from personal experience that turnkey apartments always have some problems. Manufacturing materials are not always good quality, typical mass production... It is better to carry out the interior fittings individually.

Hello,

Expect you can do many things; disappointed you will be ;)

"Turnkey" is not a protected term, but usually means that you receive the key to the single-family house and can then carry out the remaining work in the house – floor and wall coverings. A kitchen is "only" offered by low-cost providers and means nothing more than that an inexpensive kitchen unit is in the kitchen, and every extension costs real euros.

You find out exactly what your respective favorite understands by "turnkey" if you study their terms and conditions carefully. You should always keep in mind: what is not mentioned is considered not purchased!

Rhenish greetings

Sorry, but that is just a sweeping nonsense again...

You get exactly what is stated in the service description - no more and no less.

Special requests cost extra and can then create the personally desired quality level.

We ordered both our apartment (which we bought 14 years ago) and our house (handover was on Friday) turnkey (which means ready to move in for us) and upgraded them with one or another item subject to an additional charge.

And neither in the apartment nor now in the house did we have "some problems" or "not always good quality"...
