What can one expect from "turnkey"?

What it should deliver = Construction service description...

With us, turnkey means without exterior landscaping (clear), without floors (except tiles), and without wallpaper, etc. Of course, no kitchen either ;) too bad

So with us, EVERYTHING was included (except special requests, e.g. Villeroy & Boch). Also ALL development costs. We got it written down.

Yes, exactly.

Although the developer bought the entire building area from the city (with the clause that he bears the development costs).

You could only build / buy with him / through him.

He basically recouped the development costs through the price.

Yes, BT is of course excluded. I always make the mistake or have the mnemonic that BT is also the property owner and thus the builder...! He is indeed the builder... but when is the property transferred? Already before the start of construction?
