So, I have thought for a long time about whether I should respond again in this forum! Most people here in my topic seem to me more than just unfriendly. I am definitely not a special needs student of class L, but an entrepreneur of a small company. Just to mention that in passing. What do you want to hear? Money doesn’t matter? Of course, I have also set a price limit for the house. Should I now make the prices of the offers publicly available to you? Do you want that? I can gladly do that! Just to bring you back down to earth once again and to make the tone in this topic a bit more normal. I asked a normal question and expect a normal answer.
But now back to the actual matter:
The offer for the house including assembly amounts to €165,000 including VAT. Included in this is only the kit, insulation, roofing, and construction. The foundation slab costs about €25,000 and the piping for the underfloor heating is already included in that. Also all earthworks and pipes for the lines and pipes.
The bathroom is so cheap because we have a craftsman in the family who takes care of this work completely. Mostly free of charge, as a former reciprocal service from my side. That should also put an end to your complaints about this. So don’t be so arrogant right away, but just ask how these costs come about.
The costs for the heating have actually increased somewhat. Slightly higher than my estimate was.
