In Beckum, the first house (at our place) has been completed using a 3D printer
And it really looks very well done – some rounded shapes integrated and an appearance like a concrete Baumkuchen. Really nice. It currently costs about 15% more than masonry. So it’s just a matter of time until it becomes an affordable standard. While in Beckum the "printer" was installed on site, the larger market is probably to print prefabricated parts and assemble them at the construction site – that saves on setup costs.
