Do you think so? I thought a heating curve of 0.35 wouldn't be unusual in an Energy Saving Ordinance new building.

It shouldn’t get any steeper, but with only the [Energieeinsparverordnung] there is little room to go lower.

Not just me. As already mentioned, with your settings you would already have 35 degrees supply temperature at 0 degrees outside temperature. That makes the bathroom boil. The question remains why nothing reaches the bathroom.
(Some "experts" would set the curve to 0.05 if it were possible.)
0.15 to max. 0.2. Everything else is out of the question in a new build, with a room setpoint of 22/23.
