People who want/would want to sand the floor again are of course still interested in parquet (if they get a comparable price offer). For us as a family (3 boys ) and wooden floor also in the kitchen, something more durable is recommended. But as I said, 1. it is a matter of taste and 2. we will wait a few more months to see if some experience reports become available.
