While we were on vacation, the foundation slab was delivered on 3rd August. For this, the street, i.e. the section of our property, was closed. The neighbor, who told me "I don't want to cause any problems," called the police right at the first closure. They then told him that everything was in order. He was rather inconsiderate towards the employees of the general contractor and even insulted one of them. My brother was on site, and he told him that we were not allowed to build at all, according to his documents that he had at home, there was no approval. Now I wonder, is someone who sits on the building committee allowed to have documents of my construction, which comply with the development plan, in his private premises and then effectively show them to strangers?I asked my general contractor and they told me that the neighbor should contact the police if he has problems,
