Traffic light control during partial road closure

I have to correct myself, I did not have the current list. On the current advisory board members list, he is listed as a "consultative voice" of the advisory board for tourism, but not of the advisory board for construction and urban development.

I will now just continue to observe how he behaves.

...since it is not only "tourism" but also "traffic," he might feel a bit offended because of the closure/the parking ban... if it is Mr. R., I know right away, then you shouldn't expect any empathy or normal thinking ;) Just do your thing! :)
