We had the same challenge. We were able to find a way to set up a crane on the property. Preparing the area for it was quite expensive, but having the crane on site was financially and, above all, logistically worthwhile, since deliveries did not need to be precisely coordinated. Maybe with some creativity, something like that could work for you too - of course, every property is different.
The crane almost fit, but not the trucks with the walls. For us, it cost about 1,200 euros, I think.
So I understood the general contractor to mean that the crane will not stay on the property (since it is only 389 sqm), and that this probably won’t be necessary either.
I probably need to inquire more precisely about how this will be handled...
