The architect's fee is still missing. So it will be tight. In principle, additional construction costs cannot be assessed so generally.

For our build (Lower Bavaria), we come to about €2,000/m². In addition, there are additional construction costs of approximately €20,000 + €28,000 architect fees.

Then there are also the carport/outdoor facilities/kitchen/furniture, etc., as well as a lot of small things that one doesn't have on the radar at the beginning.
