The price at the bottom right is around €340,000 turnkey + expenses for subsequent upgrades (wood stove, better tiles, aluminum roller shutters, etc.). I also find it inexpensive, especially if the selection is complete... With us, there were actually 3 selections: 1) selection with the construction company, this concerns sanitary objects, types of plaster, doors, bricks, window color, then 2) electrician (number of sockets, LAN/SAT cables, bus system), then tiler (borders, baseboards were not included!)

This quickly increases the turnkey price by 10-15%...
