Wall construction is probably always a matter of taste. The advantages clearly convinced us
I also find it cheap, especially if the selection is complete...
We actually had 3 selections: 1) selection at the construction company, this involves sanitary objects, types of plaster, doors, bricks, window color, then 2) electrician (number of sockets, LAN/SAT cables, bus system), then tiler (borders, skirting boards were not included!)
So the turnkey price quickly increases by 10-15%...
I somehow didn’t find it that cheap We had 3 offers - this one was actually almost the most expensive... Even with additional construction costs and self-caused extra costs like a Swedish stove, we keep the house itself under 400k. Although I still find that a very proud sum and clearly due to the economic situation in the construction industry. Our general contractor even said that we would have paid less two or three years ago and now for 2018 the prices have risen again by about 5%...
