We actually had 3 selections: 1) selection at the construction company, this involves sanitary objects, types of plaster, doors, bricks, window color, then 2) electrician (number of sockets, LAN/SAT cables, bus system), then tiler (borders, skirting boards were not included!)

So the turnkey price quickly increases by 10-15%...

In the basement we have our technical room, an office (without a ventilation system) with a large window (light well) and electric blinds. Also a "just" basement room, as well as another room - intended for a sauna with shower preparation. But we tiled the basement itself.
