Yep, I would have also said to first turn it toward the office wall. Is the house exactly oriented to the north? Then the kids' room will just get sun relatively late... Bathroom... there are endless possibilities. It doesn't always have to be a T. You can also just do an L or simply a simple partition wall, like an I :-). You can consider offsetting the door so you have more options. If you like it airy, I would generally use glass as a shower partition. A wall always feels confining... Is it an option to make the partition wall between the living and dining room and not between the kitchen and dining room? That would also make it a bit airier and if you turn the pantry, it would offer more options...

A little more light could definitely be useful in the children's room -> orientation. The bedroom faces south for that... I would swap the room functions in the orientation.

Don't you want to go from the kitchen to the terrace at all???? When grilling or in the evening, you do get quite a lot from the kitchen and vice versa... I see the sliding door more towards the living room.

Can you please fill out the questionnaire?

The upper floor (OG) I would plan completely new.

A children's room smaller than a study is out of the question.
The children's room belongs in the south.

Bedroom and dressing room new. Dressing room hardly any wardrobe space, bedroom also very little usable space, but too large in relation to the children's room.

Where is the laundry chute in the upper floor (OG)?

Ground floor
The cloakroom appears spacious and if the unnecessary door to the garage is removed, it will be as well.

The area hallway, kitchen, WC, pantry
also needs to be demolished and rebuilt.
Hallway large, kitchen has a lot of useless space. I would plan a sliding door between dining and living.
Kitchen has no terrace access.
Kitchen belongs to the terrace.

Sorry, there is still so much wrong that in my opinion it is not worth tinkering with the 3 places you mentioned. Is someone advising you?

Phew.. I can only agree.... The draft is quite bad... Everything seems without any concept.

So apart from the 3 things we are very satisfied and want it that way. Also, a basement is available. I don't know what you mean by 'without concept' and everything is bad?!
