Seeing only three "errors" on a drawing and seeing "only three errors" during the shell construction are two different things, if not two worlds.
I see these plans as "almost finished" only as "to be redone once more."
You are new here (registered) – how long (/ short) have you been following along?

You don't even know where to start. We really want to help. But we don't know what you all need and why things are the way they are. Please fill out the questionnaire from the opening thread of this forum. The property is also needed for a meaningful assessment. Maybe then there will be some clarity.

You have received many tips

Wardrobe almost 8 sqm, but due to the unnecessary door to the garage, there is not even 3 meters of space for the wardrobe cabinet. The front door is right next to it

Kitchen 20 sqm according to the plan, but due to the crappy layout you use 15 sqm.
Bedroom upstairs the same

Well, quite a bit is being criticized. So definite things. What do you say about that? Don't you see it that, for example, the children's room is better placed in the south? You were also asked something or requested something... don't you want to answer that? Why did you post here then? Usually, one doesn't see the trees in the forest themselves.

Thank you very much for the answers! We have already put some thought into the room arrangements. For example, the access from the garage to the wardrobe. I think there is nothing worse than entering a house and the first thing you see is 10 jackets and 15 pairs of shoes jumping at you. We saw this method live at friends’ houses and were impressed by it. You are right about the children’s room. It should also face south, where the office is currently marked. However, we don’t have a child yet, so the office will go there for now. When the time comes, they will switch. In our opinion, the room layout is absolutely sensible. But that is where the topic "our" comes in. I think if I saw the plan from you, I would also think that everything has to be redesigned and it is pointless. Everyone has a different idea of what a “perfect plan” is. But there probably never will be one and if so, only for oneself. Of course, the three points that I’m not quite happy with can be easily solved. Simply make the house bigger. But those are again the additional costs, which of course should also be kept within limits. Our concern was about the already mentioned points and not that the plan is completely useless (from some perspectives). I would be interested in seeing your plan, how a “perfect” layout would look here?! I will still do the questionnaire when I have the time.

Where exactly do 10 jackets jump on you if the door [Garage Garderobe] is removed?
