The floor plan should be it; what do you say?

Find the ideas very good so far. However, I find it very difficult to make reliable assessments from a distance. I would generally only have such things done by a professional on site. Even if you have knowledge of the subject, I think it would be most sensible to look at the whole thing in person with a professional and thus weigh up how to proceed. Especially with regard to stair construction or spiral staircases, you should first get an overall impression. This of course is in no way meant as criticism of the forum or anything like that, please do not misunderstand. Nevertheless, keep up the good work and good luck with the implementation. Regards

Hello, we have also submitted the whole thing to a company for review and improvement. After all, it is only our idea or concept. Feasibility or improvements must then be recognized and pointed out to us by the professional.

Even from a distance, it is quite clear that paper walls do not work, and the toilet location in the south cannot be reasonably explained with the statement

.

What kind of company is your sketch with? You have not followed the advice to consult the architect now?

Regards, Yvonne

So I also think that as a moderator, one can choose their words and expressions a bit more appropriately.

It is perfectly clear that walls are not made up of a single line and we have certainly taken that into account. I have already explained the location of individual rooms. Other things are more important to us than the perfect location of the rooms, such as the neighbors' view into the rooms, green living side....

We are not completely inexperienced because 4 years ago we already built a house and also completed it entirely within half a year.

Only for professional reasons and the new family size do we want to take on the adventure again.

Yes, more appropriate would be more helpful, since you don’t understand the hint with the big red flag

Am I correct in understanding that you have not established your own contact with this architect? Is it more of a planner from a construction company who is now tidying up your drawing?

I wonder why you want to invest quite a lot of money (300,000-400,000) in a house but don’t dare to hire an architect. Or are you just too stingy? Or... I mean, before a building expert says anything about designs at all, a lot has to happen. And none of us get paid to write anything here. But we also have no reason to sugarcoat anything for anyone.

Regards Yvonne
