Well, you can pimp a Dacia as much as you want. Even if it then has the same special features as a Mercedes in the points you chose, it's still a Dacia.
Dacia deliberately targets the budget segment. They don't want to compete with Mercedes.
To really be comparable when building a house, you would have to specify every little detail, which you wouldn't even think of in advance.
That's why it makes more sense to compare budget models with budget models rather than "pimping" the budget model to make it comparable to the luxury provider.

You then rather buy cars from Maybach and Bentley, right? There, full LED and massage seats are already standard. Better not a VW or Mercedes, they still come with 16 inch aluminum wheels in the base offer, yuck.

If I were to buy new cars at all, I would definitely research Dacia just as much as Mercedes and BMW. If a car stands out in all performance points (which include not only equipment and technical data but also driving experience and of course breakdown statistics and long-term tests from customers), it will be chosen regardless of the brand. But I’m more from the "a car is a tool" faction. With old (/young)timers it’s different again, but then it has more to do with design and lifestyle. By the way: I find it telling that in my search for a construction site vehicle hardly any Dacias were offered and if so only at a comparatively (to the new price) high price. Maybe because the owners are all very satisfied? I got my Volvo for about a grand (also a good deal, but almost too good to use as a construction site vehicle and actually not even that well suited).

Before you decide on an air-to-air heat pump, search online for Ringgrabenkollektor, it is a cost-effective solution with a brine heat pump. This is our preferred solution for our new building.

For us it was clear that we did not want the ugly air-to-water heat pump outdoor unit. Since there was unfortunately no possibility for deep drilling, the property being in a nature reserve, only the ground collectors were an option. A brine-to-water heat pump is much more efficient in our case than an air-to-water heat pump. Thus, the decision was made.

Thank you very much first of all, I think I was able to read some interesting opinions here. The trench collector sounds interesting.

, that's true, such a device is not really nice, good argument, thanks.

Best regards
Andreas
