Hello,
we are talking here about a public-law institution! The KfW is precisely for this reason publishing everything publicly accessible on the homepage.
That means if you or your bank cannot download the information sheet or form, then no home builder can either.
The KfW has not suspected unfair competition here without reason. Because currently, no corresponding statements may be made. After all, as a KfW advisor, I would not withhold a KfW product ;)
Please do not misunderstand me, I want to help protect you and others from damage here. I would also like to know the requirements myself and therefore have builders on hold. I do not assume that a house bank would currently submit an application, but rather would ask the builder where he got the form.
But what if it is overlooked, you receive a rejection and possibly a blocking period?
So be vigilant, a company lives after all from marketing.
Best regards
