Stairs - Are the stair dimensions 2.00x2.00m okay?

No, no cats or dogs present. Children know the type of staircase from grandma (steel/wood, open, approx. 2.30m x 1.70m). The steps are, of course, endlessly smooth.

5k€ are budgeted for the staircase. Will that be enough (for the last proposal from )? From the basement to the upper floor.

If not, it will have to be the standard steel/wood construction anyway!

Even with 0.4m more compared to your planning, the staircase was only considered conditionally comfortable and safe here in the forum. I have walked and measured various staircases in show homes and have come to the conclusion that practically all 2x 1/4 turn staircases were less generous and still not uncomfortable. I would advise you to spend a Saturday in a show home park and walk around the stairs armed with a tape measure. This contributes significantly more to forming an opinion than the forum.

The Ikea Pax wardrobe made it all the way up and our 2 1/2-year-old also climbs up and down relatively safely.
