That's exactly what I have been waiting for. A system provider must employ an architect and engineer just the same. In addition, they have to pay for advertising, show homes, commissions, etc. What options does the builder have if they do not want to pay the professional???? System provider or manage by themselves???? And then the whining in the nice building shows about the bad companies. It can once again be concluded, "stinginess is cool"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is typical Bauexperte again...
No one claims that the expert is not worth his money or that he is unnecessary.

The argument is seriously flawed. Anyone who actually watches the shows regularly quickly realizes that most of the "cheated" builders did indeed hire a (supposed) professional. The problem is more about distinguishing the real professional from the fake one, which some people are simply overwhelmed by. You also can’t expect (although maybe it should become mandatory?) that all builders should first register at the house-building forum and find out what a proper house actually costs.

Hello,

Yes, that is (unfortunately) true ... and I already limit myself to the grossest nonsense that some users here come up with.

I did not respond to "no one," but to your last comment.

A more than strange question for a self-employed person who depends on the pots/wallets of consumers Especially since the question itself implies that the building wish takes precedence over all rationality.

Rhenish regards

Hello,

Now I gladly return your "compliment" from earlier – that’s typical kaho again.

The raison d'être of these shows – apart from the fact that they are dramatized from A to Z – is in most cases simply the fact that the builders shown there wanted to buy a Bentley at the price of a Lupo. Only very few builders have had bad luck with their reputable providers, and you generally won’t find those in forums or on TV. As everywhere else, there are always two sides to a coin.

One example of many, which I experienced firsthand and can describe here since I am obviously not a fan of certain providers; no advertising can be attributed to me.

One sunny autumn day in the Rhineland, a prefab house was to be assembled and its installation was being filmed. What every crane operator wishes for happened – it was windless, and the assembly of the walls went smoothly. This didn’t fit the "documenting" film crew’s script. So the house had to be dismantled again and they had to wait for windy weather. Only after these scenes – shaking walls – were in the can did the filmmakers leave satisfied.

Rhineland greetings

Hello,

You are self-employed and should know how important – also in your seller’s market – expert advice is Consumers’ pots = dependent on customer behavior – outrageous internet half-knowledge that everything can be done cheaper (of course with consistent quality) I always like to know who I am dealing with, how I have to classify statements; insofar as the provided profile is not very informative. In that respect, I know what you do independently; in times of Aunt Google & Co. not difficult. I read what is in black and white in front of me; I have no other options. It may well be that you “ consider the whole project for €210,000 completely unrealistic. If I now also subtract the expert, who is undoubtedly necessary, the project in my opinion is dead. I didn’t want to say more.” – I don’t want to accuse you of anything. However, the way you sometimes respond – for example, recently to “nordanney” – leaves room for exactly the opposite assumption; only to confirm the content of “nordanney’s” statements in the next post. If you had phrased it as in your current reply, I would not have responded at all. Rhineland regards
