Actually, I just wanted to clarify which ecological construction method fits within our budget. Since the discussion is becoming unobjective, I am withdrawing.

Now I will try to give you advice once again. Why do you always think only in systems, Honka, Polarlife, Holz100, Rombach now Allsend. Why don’t you simply go to an independent architectural firm where the architect is preferably also a civil engineer or employs some (so that it also makes sense technically and in terms of building physics), who understand timber construction and maybe are also somewhat influenced by building biology? Then have them sketch the desired design and the desired structure for you. Then you can have your dream house built by almost any carpentry company, without the system glasses. Regards, Friedrich.

Am I actually the only one who finds the desired living area way too small in relation to the number of rooms? Ok, except maybe if the individual bedrooms are only supposed to be just 10sqm in size.

Because this is only stage x. 1. Stop researching system providers. 2. Find a specialist. 3. Determine the structures according to ecological preferences with the specialist. 4. Then determine the possible sizes based on the budget.

Yes, that is clear. Still, it seems to me as if the thread creator has fundamentally wrong ideas regarding the required size. Anyone who wants 4 bedrooms and additional rooms simply won’t manage with 130sqm. Especially not without a basement. You also need storage space somewhere.

Maybe, but the thread starter is already so confused and fixed on point 1 that if he does not overcome this point, he cannot and does not have to worry about other things. If he does not tackle steps 1 and 2, unfortunately, it will remain the situation that has already been mentioned several times: nothing will be built. Unfortunately, it is a very typical characteristic in our country to believe that you can handle everything without a professional (who, of course, also costs money). People inform themselves at the providers, and besides, there is Mr. Google. Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. The effect of the whole story is then the famous home improvement shows. And rest assured, once step two is reached, this topic will also be discussed.
