which subsidies are there for Smart Home systems

Basically, Smart Home is not subsidized. Why should it be? Subsidies are only available in the technology sector for heating. Certainly not double. You could still use the KfW program 159 during the renovation. But in the end, it's trivial. Usually, you have already used the subsidy more than enough before you get to the gimmicks.

We are now installing an air-to-water heat pump with an annual performance factor of 4.89.
The costs are divided as follows:
System costs 35K
Additional costs 15K

We have one from Wolf on offer, also an air-to-water heat pump, which achieves a seasonal performance factor of 4.79. In the end, the heating load is decisive in this rule of three; the heat pump can perform however it wants.

Is the WW treatment already included or still excluded?

Oh, I'm not sure about that. The energy consultant and plumber handle all of that.
