Have you looked at the [Merkblatt]? It basically only lists conversions/adjustments as they could be possible in an existing building.

Our notification has arrived. Unfortunately, it only tersely states that the maximum funding is capped based on my information and that the rest has not been reviewed. The decision about what is recognized as eligible for funding or not will only be made after the invoices are submitted. They took almost 3 months for this.

I wanted to treat myself to a nice visual, but without the funding, I didn't want to buy it. Not to mention the waiting time until the money is paid out.

Well, you obviously hoped for more. I have to honestly say that in the application we only included the amount for the heat pump (including model, heating load, etc.) and the “incidental costs.” I expect the decision together with the invoice, but no reason why that shouldn't work, the regulations are pretty clear at this point and designed quite openly so that quite a lot should be approved.

Why hoped for more? More result from the processing time, yes. They could have also sent the current letter automatically on the day the application was submitted. It only contains the data from the online application that I entered myself anyway.

I am now waiting for feedback every day...
