I also have a question about this topic:

We have finally found a heating engineer who can install an ASHP with an annual performance factor > 4.5. However, the electrical installation including KNX logically comes from the electrician.

I assume it is not relevant that the eligible costs are incurred by two different companies?

That doesn't matter, just submit all invoices afterwards. Make sure that the services are described exactly so that the affiliation to the heating system can be verified. And you need proof of commissioning a heat pump check after 1 year.

We have received full recognition for the KNX system in the basic configuration as well as additional control components and visualization plus installation costs. Both the electrician's and the construction company's invoices, as well as the components I procured myself from online shops, were recognized. Own work, of course, was not recognized; we also did not declare it.
