Hello Kati, I have just admired your house. Mine will only be half as small. I also considered squeezing the washing machine and dryer into the bathroom.

There is black (mostly) and non-black (actually only towels), and in bad weather the drying rack is just placed in the living room or under the stairs. So what? I am unclear about what exactly the question is. And where this super important smoking room is located, or is it in the study? On the slope, a site plan with contour lines would certainly not be wrong either. You can tell from the stairs that it is steep. But details?

Definitely not in the bathroom…! It is a 100sqm house, there will be a place to dry clothes. The washing machine does not have to be in the bathroom. I think you don’t have to allocate as much space for laundry in a 1 1/2 person household as in a 4-person household. It is a compact house, and when the child moves out, there will still be a multipurpose room.

Is there a door to the outside in the utility room? If yes, then this does not take up a lot of space. As drawn, it will not work in the utility room, because according to most TABs there must be at least 1.2m of free space in front of the meter cabinet and the storage tank is in the way.

Are there guest parking spaces on your street, because no one will be able to park at your place?

So you are fifty-eight, and want to kick your child out in three years (?) That would at least be an uncommon resident requirement profile here ...

Good morning,

I don't have a plan with contour lines, but you can see it in the section, right? The office is the smoking room, I know, an unnecessary "luxury," so far I have a small desk for the home office in my current living room.

Thanks ypg, you have recognized what 11ant is irritated by. My daughter should not feel pushed out, but in the foreseeable future I will have the house to myself.

In the utility room, the door should give me the option for the cat flap and a short way outside to hang up laundry.

Parking on the street is allowed, neighbors just have to adjust a bit because this building plot has been vacant for 60 years.

And now I have to go to my side job, one square meter of roof tiles every hour ,-) I won’t be back here until this evening, so don't be mad if I don't move all day.

Here, exchanging ideas with neutral adults is important to me, thank you for that.
